Apollo's first visit in the 1st grade at Primary school

The Greek mascot Apollo visited our 1st grade pupils on Wednesday 13th March 2013.

The pupils were happy to see him. They showed him different things they've learnt at their English class. They have 1 lesson per week and they enjoy learning English.

They learn about colours, toys, food, body, animals and clothes.They learn songs and games. This one (in the photo)is called ‘Simon says’ with body parts. For Apollo they sang a song Head, shoulders, knees and toes.

Hello Greece!

 
I went to Planica where the ski jumps are.The students from our school were taken to Planica by an insurance company Triglav.  It was so great: a lovely sunny day and very nice people.

EXCHANGING THE MASCOTS

In Greece Slovenia got the Greek mascot Apollo. Now it's visiting the Slovenian children.

we are very happy because 
we learnt that our maskot, Apollo, 
has a great time in the other countries!!!

One and two we all together, warm or cold we like the weather...

We knew we would be best friends at the start. That first day of kindergarten, will always stay in my heart.

Kids and I we are friends. They laugh, I laugh. They scream, I scream... I like it.

Children taught me a new game.

Look! I am in Pravieniškės kindergarten.

 

My new friends - Gabrielė, Emilis, Titas, Guoda, Svajūnas. They are from 5 to 7 years old.
